Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in New Zealand. Every arrangement is made by hand in Pataua South, Northland, and sent by courier.

Delivery costs
Northland: $10
Rest of the North Island: $13, or $19 rural delivery
South Island: $24, or $30 rural delivery

Large arrangements
Our larger pieces need a bigger box, so courier costs are higher.
Northland: $10
Rest of the North Island: $26, or $32 rural delivery
South Island: $50, or $56 rural delivery

Your exact delivery cost is worked out at checkout once you enter your address. If you are on a rural delivery run, please select the rural option, otherwise your order may be held up.

Dispatch
Every piece is handmade, so dispatch times vary depending on what you have ordered and how busy the workshop is. We will email you as soon as your order is on its way. If you need something by a particular date, get in touch before you order and we will let you know what is possible.

Christmas orders
December is our busiest month. We recommend ordering by the end of November to be sure your pieces arrive in time.

Damaged in transit
We pack everything carefully, but if something arrives damaged please email divinefloralnz@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.
